Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of the goods, returns are not accepted but should you have any issues with your purchase please get in touch (kitchen@fionapatissiere.com) and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

The goods are securely packaged for postage, however, we have no control over the parcel once it has been dispatched. We, therefore, cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition. If you have a safe place arranged with your courier, please make sure it is in a sheltered location and away from direct sunlight.
