Four generously filled chocolate bars, made using premium ingredients and ethically sourced chocolate from República del Cacao, Luker Chocolate, Pump Street Chocolate and Anisa & Chocolate. See below for further information.

The bars should be dispatched on or before 20th May 2024. Should the weather be on the warm side (21’C +), Fiona will delay sending the bars until the next coolest day to ensure they arrive in tip-top condition.

    Vanilla Salted Caramel with Shortbread in 56% Ecuadorian Dark Chocolate from República del Cacao.

    Raspberry Mou in 60% Colombian Dark Chocolate from Luker Chocolate.

    Pistachio and Cherry Crunch with Pistachio Cremino in 58% Madagascan Dark Milk Chocolate from Pump Street Chocolate.

    Luxury Tiffin with Orange, Cranberry and Macadamia using 70% Peruvian Dark Chocolate from Anisa & Chocolate.

    Individual bar weight: approx. 65 - 70g

    IMPORTANT: The bars are made using natural ingredients and no artificial preservatives. As such, it is recommended you consume the bars within 3 weeks.

    Allergens: gluten, milk, soya, egg and nuts (pistachio and macadamia). Made in a kitchen that handles all food allergens.

  • Fiona uses carefully selected, high-quality ingredients with a strong ethical focus, from Fairtrade sugars to premium craft chocolate. The bars have been expertly crafted to showcase wonderful flavours and textures, as well as to complement and enhance the beautiful chocolate that enrobes or encases them.

    The chocolate used in this collection is sourced from small-scale businesses with a passion not only for creating great-tasting chocolate but (just as importantly to Fiona) for doing so in an ethical and sustainable manner. This includes producing high-quality cacao using sustainable methods of farming with 100% transparency, all whilst paying farmers a premium wage and providing safe working conditions, banning child labour and slavery

    Fiona has used premium chocolate produced by Luker Chocolate, a family-owned ethical chocolate-producing company based in Colombia; República del Cacao, a B-certified corporation based in Latin America; Anisa & Chocolate, a small-batch, bean-to-bar producer based in my home city of Ely, Cambridgeshire; and Pump Street Chocolate, award-winning bean-to-bar craft chocolate makers based in Suffolk.

    Vanilla Salted Caramel and Shortbread: Fairtrade sugar, Cream (milk), Organic Wheat flour, Butter (milk, salt), Sea salt butter (butter (milk), salt (2%), sea salt crystals (1%)), Glucose, Dark chocolate (minimum 56% cocoa solids from Ecuador, sugar, cocoa butter, cocoa mass, emulsifier: Soy Lecithin, Natural vanilla extract), Fairtrade vanilla seeds, Gold leaf.

    Raspberry Mou: Fairtrade sugar, Raspberries. Cream (milk), Butter (milk, salt), Glucose, Dark chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa solids from Colombia, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: Soy Lecithin, Natural vanilla extract).

    Crunchy Pistachio with Pistachio Cremino: Feuilletine wafers (wheat flour, sugar, butter (milk), salt, malt extract (barley), raising agent E500ii), Pistachio nuts, Milk chocolate (minimum 40% cocoa solids from Colombia, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa liquor, emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, natural vanilla extract)), Colombian dark chocolate (see above), White chocolate (minimum 36.5% cocoa solids from Colombia, sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: Soya Lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring), Dried cherries (cherries, sugar, sunflower oil, apple juice), Madagascan Dark Milk Chocolate 58% from Pump Street Chocolate (organic cocoa beans, cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, Milk Powder).

    Luxury Tiffin with Orange, Cranberry and Macadamia: Butter (milk, salt), Organic single-origin dark chocolate from Anisa & Chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids from Peru, cane sugar, cocoa butter), Golden Syrup (Partially Inverted Refiners Syrup), Cranberries (containing Sugar and Sunflower Oil), Flame raisins (containing Sunflower oil), Macadmia nuts, Shortbread (Fairtrade sugar, Organic Wheat flour, Butter (milk, salt)), Raisetrade Grand Cru de Sambirano organic Cocoa powder, white chocolate (see above), Orange zest.

    Please note, products are made in a kitchen that handles all food allergens. Store items at cool room temperature, away from strong odours.

  • DELIVERY INFORMATION:

    Customers local to Ely (Cambridgeshire) can select the pick-up option at the checkout to avoid a delivery fee. Fiona will contact you by email or text to arrange a suitable collection time.

    For customers further afield, delivery is via Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 service, which starts from £4.50. Whilst this service aims to deliver within 24 hours this is not guaranteed.
